We will review all the key documents and make sure the signer(s) feel comfortable with the process while instructing them to fill out all necessary forms such as PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, Patriot Act, 1003’s and so on. Finally we will package the loan documents so you don’t have to and ensure that the drop time to ship documents is not missed.

- Setting and confirming the loan signing appointment with the signer(s).
- Pre-checking received documents to ensure all pages are legible and scanned/printed properly.
- Traveling to meet the signer in a convenient location for them.
- Verify identification of all signers and collect specified items such as down payments.
- Explaining key documents and answering the signer’s questions in an educated and impartial manner.
- Walking the signers through filling out documents such as PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003s and so on.
- Collecting dates and signatures while performing all notorizations.
- Onsite document review to check and correct potential errors.
- Perform scan/fax backs if requested.
- Package the loan documents.
